bsbu88 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment method accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as your bsbu88 account. bsbu88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.

Currency and Conversion: All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in ৳ BDT. bsbu88 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and bsbu88 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

Chargebacks and Reversals: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider while funds remain in your bsbu88 account, or after wagering activity has occurred, constitutes a breach of these Terms. bsbu88 reserves the right to offset any chargeback amount against your account balance, suspend your account pending investigation, and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal channels.

bsbu88 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, suspend accounts, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where any prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed. Decisions made by bsbu88 in relation to game outcomes, bet settlements, and account actions are final and binding, subject only to the internal disputes process described in Section 10.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software on the Platform; or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the express written consent of bsbu88.

The bsbu88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bsbu88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

bsbu88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruption; computer damage or system failure; or the cost of substitute services.

Without limiting the foregoing, bsbu88 accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond bsbu88's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on any information provided on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, war, civil unrest, or other events outside bsbu88's control.

In all cases, bsbu88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your bsbu88 account, a game outcome, a payment, or a bonus, you must first contact the bsbu88 customer support team by email at support@bsbu88.org. Please provide your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. bsbu88 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within five (5) business days.

bsbu88's decision on all disputes is final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bsbu88 is incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

You may close your bsbu88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses, pending withdrawals, and outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to identity verification.

bsbu88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or provision of false registration information.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal that has not been resolved by the Player.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after a request has been made.
• Suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• The Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, bsbu88 may retain all or part of the account balance as compensation for losses, costs, or damages incurred. In all other cases of account closure initiated by bsbu88, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player.

bsbu88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights in respect of your personal data.

Where changes are material — for example, changes to payment rules, eligibility criteria, or dispute resolution procedures — bsbu88 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to registered Players or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material clarifications and typographical corrections may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Closing your account at this stage will not attract any early-closure penalty, and any verified real money balance will be returned to you in the usual manner.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bsbu88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Language: These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
